Job Title: CarpenterJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSector: Property ServicesLocation: BasildonHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pmSalary: 37,000.00 per annumWe have an opportunity for a Carpenter and Joiner to join a long-term social housing maintenance programme, delivered on behalf of the local council.Responsibilities:Carrying out first and second fix carpentry and joinery works across a variety of social housing properties. Undertaking kitchen repairs, and repairing or replacing front, rear, and internal doors.
