Casual Community Centre Caretaker required in CarrickfergusReed Recruitment is recruiting for a Casual Community Centre Caretaker on an ongoing temporary basis, working as and when required.Duties include:Opening, closing and securing community centre facilities.Carrying out cleaning duties and ensuring the building is safe, clean and well maintained.Setting up rooms, furniture and equipment for events and bookings.Acting as a key holder and responding to call-outs when required.Assisting visitors and handling general enquiries.Reporting maintenance issues, defects and health and safety concerns.Supporting the delivery of community activities and events.Requirements:Experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities or security duties.Previous customer service experience.Good communication and organisational skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and respond to callouts.Access to suitable transport.This role would suit someone reliable, practical and customer-focused who enjoys working within a community environment.
