Casual Community Centre Caretaker - CarrickfergusLocation: Carrickfergus Pay: £13.26 per hour Hours: Casual, as and when requiredTemporary positionThe Recruitment Co. is currently recruiting for a Casual Community Centre Caretaker to work across Community Centres within the Carrickfergus area.This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will help ensure community facilities are clean, safe, secure and ready for use. You will also provide support to members of the public and community groups using the facilities. Key Duties Ensure the Community Centre and surrounding areas are kept clean, tidy and hygienic.Open and secure premises as required and act as a key holder.Provide cover for bookings, activities and Council events.Set up and take down furniture and equipment for bookings.Respond to enquiries from members of the public and facility users.Carry out basic administrative duties and maintain relevant records.Carry out visual safety and security checks.Report repairs, defects, incidents and accidents appropriately.Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.Work in accordance with health and safety procedures.
