Carer Advice and Guidance Advisor Location: Hybrid Working Home-based with a minimum of one day per week in our Burpham, Guildford office. Salary: £31,100 - £32,557 FTE Part Time: 21.6 hours per week (0.6 FTE) Are you passionate about helping people navigate challenging situations? We''d love to hear from you if you have: Experience providing one-to-one advice, guidance, support or casework. Experience managing a caseload and developing personalised action plans. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience delivering support remotely via telephone and online platforms. Excellent problem-solving and advocacy skills.
