Location: Hybrid Working | Home-based with a minimum of one day per week in our Burpham, Guildford office.

Salary: £31,100 - £32,557 FTE

Part Time: 21.6 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Carer Advice & Guidance Advisor to join our team.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience providing one-to-one advice, guidance, support or casework.
• Experience managing a caseload and developing personalised action plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering support remotely via telephone and online platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and advocacy skills.
• Confidence using digital systems and communication tools, including Microsoft Teams.
