• Supporting-service-user''s-to-build-their-confidence,-self-esteem-and-their-ability-to-manage-their-symptoms
• Support-the-service-user''s-with-taking-their-medication
• Support-with-their-daily-living-skills-and-domestic-chores
• Accurately-keeping-daily-records
