Position: Recruitment Manager (Leadership) In-House / Registered Service ManagerSalary: £35,500Location: Nottingham (residential service).Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day running of the service(s).Develop and implement person-centered support plans.Conduct care needs assessments.Recruit and induct new colleagues; complete supervisions/appraisals.Complete medication competencies and medication audits.Attend multi-disciplinary meetings; complete quarterly audits and reports.Effectively manage the service’s PandL and ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.Provide a friendly, dynamic, and caring leadership presence with a passion for delivering the best support.Requirements / Qualifications
Previous experience in a care management role.Willing and able to undertake CQC registration.Level 5 in Health and Social Care.Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.Why choose us / Benefits
