You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and performance while creating a positive and supportive culture where both staff and residents can thrive. About the Role As Service Manager, you will provide visible leadership across the service, coaching and developing your team to achieve excellent standards of care and compliance. You will be responsible for operational performance, staffing, safeguarding, quality assurance and maintaining full readiness for CQC inspections. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in improving service quality, developing future leaders and ensuring the home consistently delivers person-centred support.
