Supporter Care Manager

As the Supporter Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Supporter Care Team in planning, maintaining, and managing staff to ensure a supporter-first approach is achieved. This will involve building strong internal relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams, including Fundraising, Brand and Marketing, Retail, and others. This role will work closely with the Head of Supporter Care, Services, and Fundraising Compliance, and lead a team of six Supporter Care Executives. To be successful as the Supporter Care Manager, you will have proven experience in managing supporter care or customer service teams that put the supporter first. You will have proven experience of working within complex organisations or functions, and be able to evidence working and managing stakeholders at different levels. This person will need experience of monitoring performance and compliance, and be able to use data to improve services. This individual will also have managed others or small teams before.
