Standardise induction and ongoing training programmes group-wide.Centralise training records and matrices.Implement and track all activities related to the above on an ongoing basis.Research, investigate, incorporate and disseminate the latest evidence-based practice relevant to each unique service in the group.Mandate and facilitate NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care for the care staff teams.Deliver/facilitate all mandatory training and maintain associated record-keeping; act as the group go-to person for all training and professional development needs.Signpost further opportunities for professional development.Qualifications and Experience

Experience in health and social care training or development roles.Familiarity with NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care.Proven ability to standardise training programmes and manage training records.Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple services in a group.Benefits
