Overview

This role as a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents. You will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care, assisting with daily living activities, and fostering a warm and supportive environment for the residents.Responsibilities

Support residents with their food and drink, follow care plans, and ensure one-to-one attention for each resident.Provide daily living assistance, companionship, and help create a positive, caring environment.Maintain high standards of care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.About You
