Job Description Care Co-ordinator will be joining the senior team. The Care Coordinator must be a qualified, experienced Senior Carer. They must be positive in their attitude toward training, supporting other staff, and caring for clients. Care Co-ordinator must be able to manage their workload but also the workload of others. Day-to-day tasks. Be competent and confident when using office technology and rostering software to manage and plan the work rotas. Ensure that care staff promptly updates records including MAR, care plans and daily activities. Liaise with GPs and Pharmacies about medication updates. Make, receive and record calls from carers and relatives about the service being provided. They should when requested arrange visits to clients. Become part of the shared on-call team. Provide hands-on support to clients when the need arises. Monitor PPE stocks. Alert Care Manager of stock levels to avoid shortages. Creating new client profiles as required. Quality Assurance Liaise with Team Leaders monthly on carers'' performance. Carry out spot checks as required. Report concerns to the Care Manager. Provide evidence to support any concerns. Report any safeguarding concerns to the care manager immediately. Care Coordinator shall be trained and competent in all aspects of their roles. Completing all additional training as required by the company. Assist the care manager in meeting all compliance standards.
