Are you an experienced care professional who is brilliant at keeping people, rotas and priorities organised?

We''re looking for a confident and proactive Care Coordinator to join a growing domiciliary care provider in the Cheltenham area.

This is a key role at the centre of the care operation. You''ll make sure care visits are covered, staff are supported and clients continue to receive safe, consistent and person-centred care.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Creating and managing staff rotas, responding to sickness, absence and last-minute changes to ensure care visits remain covered

• Supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality care, including monitoring client needs, care plans and risk assessments

• Working closely with senior care staff and the management team to support staff, coordinate spot checks and maintain service standards

• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, supervision and the accurate recording of staff hours and attendance

• Building strong relationships with clients, families and external professionals, while helping maintain CQC and safeguarding compliance

You''ll also take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota, normally one week in four, and may occasionally provide hands-on care cover when required.

What We''re Looking For

You''ll be organised, calm under pressure and confident dealing with people at all levels.

You should also have:

• Previous experience within the Health & Social Care sector

• Good knowledge of domiciliary care, safeguarding and person-centred care

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• A practical, solutions-focused approach

• The ability to work well as part of a busy care management team

Previous experience in a senior care, team leader, supervisory or care management role would be advantageous.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence

• Access to your own vehicle for work purposes

• Resident within Gloucestershire

• Previous Health & Social Care experience

• Right to work in the UK
