We work closely with local authorities, the NHS, CCGs, private hospitals, and private clients to help people maintain independence and dignity within their own homes.Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, compassionate, and proactive care coordinator to join our team.The RoleAs a Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of care services. You will be responsible for coordinating care staff rotas, liaising with service users and care workers, and ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with CQC standards.This is a fast-paced, office-based role that requires excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCreating and managing staff rotas using care scheduling systemsAllocating care workers to service users based on needs and locationResponding to staff absences and arranging emergency coverLiaising with service users, families, and care staff dailyMonitoring care delivery to ensure high standards are maintainedUpdating care plans and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting the Care Manager with compliance and CQC requirementsConducting spot checks, supervisions, and field support when requiredHandling incoming calls, queries, and concerns professionallyEnsuring ..... full job details .....
