In this permanent position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating live-in care services, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care while supporting the dedicated carers.Key Responsibilities;CoordinationBuild strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and carers.Match carers to clients, considering skills, experience, personality, and care needs.Manage and maintain accurate carer and client schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.Proactively plan to ensure continuity of care and respond promptly to inquiries.Support carers throughout their placements.Maintain accurate records within CRM systems, ensuring all communications are documented.Monitor service delivery and tackle scheduling challenges head-on.Safeguarding and ComplianceUphold company policies and industry regulations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients and carers.Recognise and escalate safeguarding concerns as needed while maintaining confidentiality.Systems and ..... full job details .....
