Requirements for this General Sales Manager position.
• The ideal candidate must be able to drive the departments sales performance including finance, add on''s and accessories to meet targets.
• Ensure that staff provide the highest level of customer service at all times in order to increase customer loyalty and therefore gain repeat business.
• You will have a successful track record within a similar role
• Strong man management and motivational skills
• You will set high standards and expect your team to follow your example
