This is not your average Car Sales Executive role! Job title - Alfa Romeo Concierge Basic salary £30,000 OTE circa £50,000 Company Car You''ll need to be a go getter and proactively plan and execute marketing activity, to increase brand awareness and sales of the Alfa Romeo luxury vehicle range. You''ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, by also providing aftersales support. You''ll be employed by: Johnsons Alfa Romeo Forest Park Road, Swindon, SN5 5PQ The Concierge serves as the ambassador for Alfa Romeo and Johnsons Cars Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm With a day off in week (day to be decided) Every other Sunday Off We''re looking for proactive, energetic, determined and results driven individuals, who ideally have the following skills and experience: Sales and Marketing experience, ideally for a premium/high-end brand and possess a track record of success Customer Service experience, working in a customer facing environment, ideally for a premium/high-end brand Highly motivated, personable and extremely organised Passion for the automotive industry and new technology Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills Organised, with great attention to detail Good IT and administration skills Valid UK Driving Licence (essential) Be motivated by the prospect of working with an exciting, progressive and highly customer focused brand The role ..... full job details .....
