Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established main dealer in Stourbridge for a Car Sales Executive. This opportunity offers a comprehensive package with uncapped earning potential and excellent career progression prospects.

• Basic salary of -21,000 with an OTE of up to -45,000, uncapped
• Five-day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a regular day off during the week and no Sundays

Duties:

• Meeting and greeting customers throughout each day
• Conducting test drives with prospective buyers
• Explaining finance options in a clear, professional manner
• Assessing customer requirements and matching them with suitable vehicles
• Working towards demanding sales targets whilst contributing as part of a collaborative team
• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car sales or a similar automotive role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales ability with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as a-Car Sales Executive
• Full UK driving licence
• Passion for the automotive industry and a professional approach to customer dealings
