The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries across showroom, telephone and digital channels.• Qualify customer needs and recommend suitable new and used vehicle options.• Conduct vehicle presentations and arrange test drives.• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to handover.• Maximise finance, insurance and value-added product opportunities in line with compliance standards.• Build strong long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using dealership systems.• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.• Follow up all leads promptly to maximise conversion rates.• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.CANDIDATE PROFILE• Previous experience in a sales ..... full job details .....
