This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and achieving sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle needsGuide customers through the full sales process, from enquiry to handoverCarry out vehicle demonstrations and test drivesPromote and sell finance, insurance, and add-on products in line with FCA regulationsManage customer leads via phone, email, and digital platformsMaintain accurate customer records on the CRM systemEnsure all paperwork and compliance requirements are completed correctlyAchieve and exceed monthly sales and KPI targetsDeliver a professional vehicle handover and aftersales introductionMaintain high standards of showroom presentationAbout YouPrevious experience in car sales or a target-driven sales role (preferred but not essential)Confident communicator with strong customer service skillsSelf-motivated and driven to succeedAble to work well both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working weekends and peak trading hoursStrong organisational and admin skillsFull UK driving licenceWhat We OfferCompetitive basic salary with uncapped commissionOngoing training and career progression opportunitiesManufacturer and in-house sales trainingCompany car or car ..... full job details .....
