Local authority in Essex are currently looking for a capital project manager for an initial period of 12 months.-

The client has a large portolio consisting of social housing and is embarking on its largest capital investment programme ever. You will be delivering-large scale refurbishment programmes to occupied council homes, and we are looking for experienced project managers who can help deliver this work.

12 months-

Hybrid 3 office 2 remote-

-450 a day umbrella-

37 hours per week-
