Capital Fire Safety Manager Gloucestershire Managed Services (GMS) Location: Gloucestershire, with attendance across GHFT sites and hybrid working Remuneration: GMS Grade E1 £58,230 to £65,729 per annum Closing Date: 5 October 2026 at 12 noon Provide specialist fire safety leadership across a major healthcare capital programme Seymour John Public Services is delighted to be partnering with Gloucestershire Managed Services Limited to recruit an experienced Capital Fire Safety Manager. This is a specialist technical appointment within the Capital Delivery function, providing authoritative fire safety advice, assurance and challenge across capital projects delivered throughout the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust estate. The role will support project managers, senior project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure that new-build, refurbishment, infrastructure and compliance schemes are planned and delivered in accordance with fire safety legislation, healthcare guidance and recognised professional standards. This is not a conventional project management post. The successful candidate will act as the specialist capital fire adviser and will not hold primary responsibility for the direct delivery of capital projects.
