Café Manager - Temporary £15.40 per hour Start date: ASAP Location : GU35: Bordon Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm and Saturday, 8.00am-2.30pm Temporary: 2-3 months initially Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established organisation who are looking for an experienced Café Manager to join the team on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the café, making sure customers receive great service and the café is running smoothly. The initial role is expected to last around 2-3 months. There is the potential for a permanent position for the right person, although this cannot be guaranteed. The role of Café Manager will include: Managing the day-to-day running of the café Leading and supporting staff and volunteers Preparing and serving food and drinks Using a professional coffee/barista machine Helping with menus, specials and new food ideas Ordering stock and managing suppliers Keeping on top of stock levels and minimising waste Cashing up and keeping accurate financial records Making sure food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained Managing rotas and making sure the café is appropriately staffed Providing a friendly and welcoming service to customers Dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues Supporting volunteers and helping with training Keeping the café clean, safe and well presented Helping promote the café through social ..... full job details .....
