• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development
• A warm, caring and patient approach
• Confidence working with children aged 0-5
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and flexibility
• A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is desirable/required depending on the setting
