Buyers Admin Assistant - FurnitureWe have an exciting opportunity for a Buyers Admin Assistant working along side the Furniture Buyer in the Morleys Stores Group head office based in Wimbledon. It is a full time position, reporting to the Head of Merchandising.Key HighlightsAs an administrator you will provide the day-to-day support to the Furniture BuyerThe ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organisedThe ability to complete workload in a timely manner is key to success in this positionAdvanced Excel skills are essential, knowledge of the swan system would be an advantageResponsibilitiesOrdering/Replenishment - Raising and tracking orders from supplier to shop floorPricing - Monitor pricing, maintain in-store ticketing and website pricingInvoicing - Understanding the payment process of invoicing making sure that the supply cycle is not affectedInternal Customers (Helpdesk) - Liaising with Shop floor teams/Management and goods-in Departments for the optimal supply of products from despatch to selling spaceSystem Maintenance - Key stakeholder for implementation of new merchandising systems and processesProblem Solving - Dealing with all queries in a timely manner from Suppliers, Shop floor, Warehouse and Senior ManagementUpdating and Developing Reporting - Best sellers, LW Sales, Stock Holding and Markdown etcOther TasksStore Visits - Give support to stores and the Morleys TeamBuying Events and Supplier Meetings - assisting the Buyer with ..... full job details .....
