Procurement Admin Assistant (Contractor) Role Overview We are seeking a Procurement Admin Assistant to support core operational activities across our procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and timely processing of key information. The role will also support financial control activities, including investigating historical payment discrepancies and supporting recovery of funds. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up new vendors in Ariba, ensuring all required information is completed accurately and in line with internal controlsUpload and manage contracts within Icertis, ensuring proper documentation, governance, and compliance with internal proceduresLoad and maintain sourcing initiatives within SpendHQ, ensuring accuracy and consistency of dataInvestigate historical hotel payment variances, identifying root causes and reconciling discrepanciesLiaise directly with hotels/suppliers to challenge discrepancies and support recovery (recoup) of overpaymentsPerform quality checks across all systems to ensure data accuracy and completenessSupport the procurement team with general administrative tasks related to supplier onboarding and contract managementWork closely with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure smooth system processesKey RequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative or procurement support role is highly desirableExperience with financial reconciliation, payment queries, or supplier dispute resolution is desirableFamiliarity with ..... full job details .....
