Working closely with suppliers across the UK, Europe and the Far East, you''ll play a key role in ensuring products are sourced efficiently, delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSource products and materials from suppliers across the UK, Europe and the Far East, including ChinaBuild and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, negotiating where appropriate to achieve the best value and serviceRaise, process and manage a high volume of purchase orders accuratelyOversee supplier order confirmations, proformas and production schedulesManage critical paths from order placement through to final delivery, proactively identifying and resolving any delaysLiaise closely with internal Sales, Design and Operations teams to ensure suppliers receive accurate product specifications and artworkCoordinate shipments from overseas suppliers, arranging freight, monitoring customs ..... full job details .....
