- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Analyse supplier performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
Profile
A successful Buyer should have:
- Proven experience in procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
