Business Transformation Manager / Change Consultant

An experienced Business Transformation Manager / Change Consultant is required to support a major accommodation transformation programme alongside the implementation of a new technology platform. The role will lead change strategy, operating model development, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and benefits realisation to ensure successful delivery of organisational and operational change. Assess business impacts, risks, and organisational readiness. Develop and deliver a pragmatic change management strategy and adoption plan. Validate and improve future-state business processes. Design and document an operating model, including roles, responsibilities, ownership, and governance. Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops across operational and leadership teams.
