Business Transformation Manager

Business Transformation Manager Rate - £500 (A day) Location - London (Hybrid) Duration - 3 Months (Initially) Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the transformation and change approach for the programme. Assess business impacts and support the design of future ways of working. Support the definition and implementation of the target operating model, including roles, responsibilities and service ownership. Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple teams and disciplines. Develop communication, engagement and adoption plans. Support training readiness and business transition activities. Define and support the tracking of business benefits and outcomes. Work closely with project, business and supplier teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. Support organisational readiness and operational transition planning. About You Proven experience delivering business transformation and organisational change initiatives. Experience defining and implementing operating model and process improvements. Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills. Experience developing change, communication and adoption strategies. Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes while working collaboratively across project and business teams.
