About the Role:
anduuml;andnbsp; Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for GCSE and A-Level Business Studiesandnbsp;(KS4 and KS5)
anduuml;andnbsp; Promote critical thinking and commercial awareness through real-world case studies, market analysis, and entrepreneurial activities
anduuml;andnbsp; Create a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that fosters independent learning and collaborative work
anduuml;andnbsp; Use a variety of formative and summative assessment methods to monitor student progress and inform future teaching
anduuml;andnbsp; Develop strong, positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
anduuml;andnbsp; Play an active role in the wider school community by leading enterprise events, business competitions, and cross-curricular projects
The ideal candidate will:
anduuml;andnbsp; Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
