As a Business Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons to students across the secondary age range.
• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that challenge and inspire all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high expectations for achievement.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and support its commitment to excellence.
• Need to be able to commute to Reading

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and a good understanding of the UK curriculum.
• A genuine passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
• Confidence using digital learning platforms to enhance teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
