Our public sector client are looking for a Business Support Team Leader to join them. Job Purpose To lead Business Support services for Education, including the Specialist Teaching and Psychology Services, ensuring efficient administration, high-quality data management, and effective coordination of resources. Key Responsibilities Line manage, supervise, and appraise Business Support staff. Manage workloads and team rotas to ensure effective service delivery. Oversee data management and quality assurance processes. Support budget monitoring and resource management. Coordinate work across services and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
