Business Support Team Leader Permanent role Walsall Office based role Full time Monday to Friday 36.5 hours per week 8.45 am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on Fridays Duties Develop a team of business support staff to ensure accurate data entry functions Set the team deadlines to work towards Maintain admin and Reception support within the team Ensure the team are uploading and validating claims to make for the learners Ensure partnerships are managed effectively Ensure that all business support functions comply with company policies and GDPR Working with KPIs Attending meetings and producing reports .
