Business Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our core administrative operations. This isn''t just about spreadsheets; it s about ensuring our social enterprises have the solid foundation they need to make a difference. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be a key member of our Executive team. Your work will focus on three critical areas: Finance and Reporting: You ll lead transactional processing in Xero, manage cash flow, and provide vital financial reports to our enterprise leads. Human Resources: You will oversee our recruitment life cycle, manage staff training (specifically Child Protection), and ensure our personnel files and DBS records are bulletproof.
