Full Job DescriptionA full-time opportunity has become available for a Business Support Administrator. The role is to provide a comprehensive and high standard of administration support to the Insolvency Practice and to the directors. This includes general administration tasks such as answering the telephone, printing and preparing documents and dealing with the varied daily requests as they arise. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.Responsibilities

Maintaining clients’ recordsActing on and liaising with managers and other staff members, resolving customer queriesRepresenting the company with a positive attitude and professional appearanceAnswering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls and ensuring an accurate message is conveyed to internal staffMaintain building security by following procedures and controlling building access and monitoring the visitor log sheetGreet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate person/area of the property and announcing them appropriatelyReceive daily mail/deliveries/couriers and ensure the relevant person gets the itemsManage the calendars e.g. schedule meetings and/or appointments when requestedEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable at all timesProvide ongoing administration support to the management teamQualifications and Experience

Exceptional organisational and time management skillsCustomer services knowledgeOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures (useful but not essential)Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant positionKnowledge of computer programs used in daily office administration functions such as word processors, spreadsheets and specialised office management toolsProficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential informationExcellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other peopleExperience notes

Previous exposure to an office environmentAdministration and/or data entry skillsGreat attention to detail and organisation skillsAble to work individually and as part of a teamBenefits
