Business Support Administrator
We are representing a well-established firm of accountants based in North West London, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join their team.This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of contact within an office and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and organisational support within a professional services environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing incoming telephone calls via switchboard, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently, and relaying messages accuratelyChecking and distributing answering machine messages each morningHandling all incoming and outgoing post, including logging, sorting, franking, and distributing via the company database systemOrganising international post and deliveries when requiredManaging meeting room diaries and coordinating bookingsArranging taxis and travel for colleagues and clientsMonitoring stationery levels, carrying out stock checks, and placing ordersProviding administrative support across the businessSkills and Experience:Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (professional services experience desirable)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalProfessional and confident telephone mannerStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systemsA proactive and team-oriented approachThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and friendly accountancy firm where you ..... full job details .....
