Location: Walton Street or Gateway, Buckinghamshire
Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Work Pattern: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week in the office

What does the job entail?

Buckinghamshire Council is recruiting Business Support Administrators to join their team. This is a customer- and stakeholder-facing administrative role supporting the team with a backlog of EHCNA requests, requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment. 

You will achieve this by:

• Managing and updating records related to EHCNA requests
• Carrying out accurate and timely data entry
• Maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards

• Previous administration experience or similar
• Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
