You will help pupils connect business theory with real commercial decisions, develop confident written analysis and prepare effectively for examinations. This role suits a subject specialist who can make concepts clear and build students'' confidence with case studies and extended responses.Your responsibilitiesPlan and teach Business Studies lessons aligned with the school''s specifications.Develop understanding of marketing, finance, operations and human resources.Teach exam technique, including application, analysis and evaluation.Assess work, identify gaps and provide focused support before assessments.Maintain accurate progress records and contribute to departmental planning.What you will needQTS and experience teaching Business Studies at GCSE and post-16 level.Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach examination skills explicitly.Confidence planning, marking and managing mixed-attainment classes.Economics teaching experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
