The ultimate aim of the Business Manager position is to ensure that their clients are purchasing a full range of infrastructure services offered by the CompanyWhat you''ll be doing as our Business Manager:1. Account ManagementManaging and sustaining accounts and maximising revenues.Being accountable for and managing quarterly account planning / strategy and pipelineInvolved in commercial decisions that impact the revenue streams of those accountsLiaising with Marketing to manage integrated campaign executionIdentifying market trends to grow incremental revenue / opportunitiesDealing with all aspects of the accounts you are responsible forAchieving sales targetsAttending client meetings where necessaryMaintaining and expanding relationships with existing clientsManage the process from initial opportunity to ensuring successful service deliveryAttend and contribute to sales meetings, training courses and presentations2.
