Business Process Modeller Contract: 6 months Initial Contract Rate: £550/day Outside IR35 Location: Remote with occasional travel as required Overview We are seeking an experienced ERP business process modeller to support a major international transformation programme spanning 14 countries. The organisation is moving from a combination of Legacy Navision systems, manual processes, spreadsheets, and paper-based workflows to a standardised Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance andamp; Operations (D365 Fandamp;O) platform. This role will focus on analysing, documenting, designing, and delivering future-state business processes, with an initial emphasis on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) life cycle before expanding into wider ERP process areas. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to create standardised global processes that can be adopted across multiple countries and business units. Key Responsibilities Business Process Modelling andamp; Design Analyse and document current-state ("As-Is") business processes across multiple countries and business units. Design future-state ("To-Be") processes aligned with organisational transformation objectives. Lead process harmonisation and standardisation initiatives across 14 countries. Create detailed process maps using recognised methodologies such as BPMN. Identify inefficiencies, risks, manual activities, and process improvement opportunities.
