Business Process Architect

Business Process Architect is required by a growing IT software company at the beginning of its transformation journey to map and standardise end-to-end business processes across the organisation, in support of a major transformation programme. Responsibilities: Mapping current end-to-end business processes. Designing and documenting future-state processes. Identifying opportunities for process standardisation and improvement. Developing process maps, governance frameworks and RACI models. Establishing process ownership, KPIs and process modelling standards. Working with global stakeholders to align processes across entities. Developing process roadmaps to support the transformation. Required Experience: Proven experience as a Business Process Architect. Strong experience mapping and designing end-to-end processes in complex organisations. Experience working on global transformation programmes. Experience within B2B software/SaaS or software sales environments. Strong experience mapping and improving business processes across commercial and product functions. Strong stakeholder management skills across global teams. Experience with BPMN or similar process modelling tools. ..... full job details .....
