This may be the role for you if you enjoy keeping things moving, building neat processes, and supporting teams with dependable administration.What You Will Do:• Support departmental budget administration and financial tracking for the Advanced Planning and Business team. • Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing, and regular financial reporting. • Coordinate training activities, bookings, records, and learning compliance requirements. • Maintain SharePoint sites, trackers, and departmental business records to keep information accurate and accessible. • Help coordinate meetings, manage action tracking, and support governance activities. • Contribute to reporting, presentations, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce administrative burden.What You Will Bring:• Strong organisational and administrative capability with excellent attention to detail. • Experience of finance system order approvals and movement of funds. • Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
