In this office-based role you will be dealing with suppliers, checking order accuracy, expediting and updating the internal system. This will involve liaising with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and service providers, working in a busy yet relaxed team environment.

This role would suit somebody who has experience dealing with customers, looking for a role where communication and attention to deal are paramount, with plenty of scope to learn and progress their career.

The Role:

• Checking order accuracy, expediting, and updating internal systems
• Investigating and raising discrepancies
• Liaising with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse and service providers
• Ongoing training through shadowing within a close-knit office
• Fully office based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

The Person:

• Customer Service related background
• Microsoft Office experience
• Looking for an office-based role with plenty of training
