Business Operational Risk Manager

This is an exciting opportunity within Macquarie''s Commodities and Global Markets First Line Risk Management Team in London, supporting its growing business in EMEA. This desk works directly with the end-to-end business stakeholders to ensure the key non-financial risks are being effectively identified, assessed, managed and monitored. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with trading desks and leverage your expertise to develop a comprehensive understanding of front-to-back processes. You will proactively identify, assess, report, and manage associated non-financial risks. Additionally, you will advise on a broad range of risk matters, assess new product and business initiatives, investigate incidents, test controls, and contribute to regulatory responses and audit reviews.What you offer
