Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer SupportWe''re looking for a Risk Manager to continue improving our risk management framework and governance structures. Let''s get in touchWhat you''ll be doingWorking with the first line of defence to identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks of all typesCoaching the business to design and implement controlsAssisting with the development and implementation of operational risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite statementDeveloping techniques for quantification of operational risk and resilience including stress testing and impact tolerancesTaking ownership of the risk incident management process ensuring recording of risk events, managing, and delivering risk incident reportsMonitoring operational risk against limits and thresholds, producing respective reports to management and other relevant stakeholdersDeveloping and constantly maintaining risk tools and systemsMonitoring KRI breaches and working with risk owners/group risk team to resolve them within a set timelineConducting presentations and workshops in risk identification and mitigationWhat you''ll need2+ years of experience in Operational Risk Management in Banking or Financial services consultancyAn understanding of core operational risk conceptsPrevious examples of practically interpreting and organising complex mattersTo be curious and never accepting of assumptions, with a desire to fully understand how things workTo be organised and have a methodological approachNice to haveExperience with Operational Risk stress testing and quantificationBuilding a global financial super app isn''t enough.
