About the Role

As Business Manager, you''ll be responsible for maximising the store''s commercial performance while building and developing a motivated, customer-focused team. You''ll combine strong business acumen with a hands-on leadership style, ensuring sales targets are achieved, service standards remain high and the business continues to grow.

This role would suit an energetic retail leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, spotting opportunities to improve performance and bringing out the best in their team.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the store''s commercial performance, driving sales and key performance indicators.

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver results and consistently high service standards.

• Create an engaging customer experience that encourages loyalty and repeat business.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, payroll and staff scheduling.

• Review sales results and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.

• Maintain excellent retail standards and ensure the store reflects the brand''s identity and values.

About You

We''re keen to speak with an ambitious retail leader who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for beauty, people development and customer service.

You''ll ideally have:

• Experience managing a retail business, department or high-performing store.

• A strong track record of driving sales and achieving commercial targets.

• Confident leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a team.

• A proactive, hands-on approach to managing people and operations.

• An interest in beauty, cosmetics and emerging retail trends.

• The adaptability to thrive in a busy airport environment.

Experience within beauty, cosmetics, fashion or premium retail would be highly advantageous.
