Academics are currently working with a specialist school in Milton Keynes that is seeking a proactive and organised School Business Manager to join their team.

As School Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school, supporting the senior leadership team and helping to create an environment where staff and students can thrive.

The Role -

The successful School Business Manager will have responsibility for a broad range of school business functions, including:

• Finance and budget management
• HR and staff administration
• Health & safety and compliance
• General school administration and operational processes
• Supporting the Principal and senior leadership team
• Managing and improving systems and procedures
• Ensuring the school operates efficiently and effectively
• Working closely with staff, external professionals and stakeholders

• Experienced within school business management, education administration or a similar operational role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
