Business Development Specialist – EU (Hybrid or Home Based)

Location: UK (Hybrid – Home and Office)What You’ll Do

Research and qualify new leads using internal tools and external sources.Conduct proactive outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients.Support early-stage client relationships and coordinate meetings with field sales and subject matter experts.Contribute to bid defenses, strategy sessions, and proposal development as required.Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports to support sales planning.Create tailored sales content and gather experience data for pitches.Stay current on IQVIA’s solutions and industry trends.What We’re Ideally Looking For:

Degree in business, life sciences, or related field.1-2 years sales experience.Knowledge of the pharma/life sciences industry is a plus.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Why IQVIA?
