Business Development Manager About the Role A leading B2B flooring solutions provider is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, open, and grow new business opportunities across a defined region. The role is 2 days per week office - Monday and Tuesday, WFH Wednesday to Friday, combining prospecting, networking, meetings, and relationship building to create long-term commercial opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and target new organisations across sectors including Social Housing, Local Authorities, Contractors, Developers, and Commercial partnersBook, attend, and lead introductory meetings with decision makersNetwork at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesCreate opportunities for flooring specifications and projectsBuild early-stage relationships with key stakeholders and procurement teamsGenerate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities and deliver projectsMaintain accurate records of activity, pipeline, and opportunities in CRMSkills and BehavioursConfident cold prospector and networkerComfortable with outreach, calls, and meeting bookingsHighly organised with strong pipeline disciplineResilient, target-driven, and commercially awareExcellent communicator and presenterSelf-sufficient and motivatedExperience and RequirementsProven experience in Business Development or new business salesTrack record of self-generating leads through research, networking, and ..... full job details .....
